What are exclusive airdrops?
Exclusive airdrops are airdrops that are managed exclusively by AirdropRating.io and you can only join them on AirdropRating.io.
What do I need to do in order to participate?
Given that each exclusive airdrop has its own rules and terms, you'll need to read it and ensure to follow all the instructions in order to participate.
How can I know the status of my participation?
Once you join, you should receive an email which confirms your submission. However, you must make sure to follow all tasks in order to get your tokens. For example, if one of the tasks requires you to join a social channel, you must stay on this channel until the token distribution.
How can I know how many referrals I sent to airdrops?
On the airdrop page, you can find the "Check your Airdrop Status & Referral Balance:" field at the bottom of the page. Once you enter your email there, you will see the amount of users who signed under your referral code. It is very important that you understand that this amount is the total of users, while you will get credit only for those who followed all tasks successfully. Only on the last day of the airdrop, we run the final “snapshot” and can know the final number if “confirmed” referrals you deserve to get credits for.
I did not get my tokens. What can I do?
First, ensure you read the airdrop terms and check when the token distribution is. Secondly, if you joined successfully, followed all tasks and still did not get your tokens, you should contact the project and ask about the status of your submission. Our responsibility at AirdropRating, is to manage the airdrop and provide the report result to the Project, who is responsible to sending you the tokens. AirdropRating isn't a part and parcel of the token sending process and cannot take any responsibility for it.
